Customer Reviews
Got this helicopter at J. C. Penney. My YOUTUBE video shows what happened.
Search on YOUTUBE.COM for Exec Sky Patroller.
Want to give this as a holiday gift? If you want to teach what extremely poor quality control means.
Suppose this were a real helicopter. Suppose the USA had a fleet of them!
Here is the link: [...]
But, I admit we had fun making the video.
I am imagining some foreign workers who do shody work, and they reason: "These are crap, but this is what Americans
deserve. These suckers are too busy to return the merchandise, and fuel is expensive. So, just exasperate those
American children (and adulds) to death. Hahahaha, we take their jobs, their money, their self worth."
Of course, maybe that is not the case. Maybe marketing gets a load of defective units and ships them out right away,
because money rules. If you love your kids and want them to have the hope of paying off the debts of the USA,
then I guess you can aid in advancing the "Great Tribulation."
Best wishes to you.
Instructions on charging this helicopter seem to be incorrect, and unclear.
The "twinkling light" refers to that the top, red light on the charger blinks, as I understand, when the Battery is low.
The green light on the bottom is on when you have a good contact for charging and does not mean that the charge is complete
Apparently, if you have a good contact to charge, the green light will go OFF at the end of the charging cycle.
I do not know which battery type the helicopter has, but a 30 minute charge is a decent charge to go flying for 5 minutes or so.
I am trying dollar tree's 1 dollar pack of 8 batteries in the charger.
Lights on the helicopter are neat, but keeping the copter going straight is an art of getting a good trim and then tricky steering.
I did have to bend the circuit board into correct position on one of the helicopters, but no major problems.
They do seem to have good crash resistance (and spare blades.)
