The helicopter was well packaged and arrived in good shape. This is only good thing I can say about it. The instructions were very poorly translated into English and in some instances made no sense at all. Many, many words were mispelled. It was advertised as a 3 channel radio controlled unit but it only had one channel and it was not indicated which. The battery for the helicopter was external and there was no place to mount it. The instructions did not mention mounting the battery at all. There was a loose connection in the wiring plug that connected into the battery for flight operation. It might attempt to run and it might not until you moved and wiggled the wiring going into the plug. From the short intervals that I was able to get it to fly (with the battery hanging loose), it appeared that it was well powered and controllable. Hopefully this unit was not the typical product.
I submitted a return request the same day that it arrived and was granted a return with full refund.

This toy broke the first time it was used. I have to say we contacted amazon with the problem and they sent a new one out next day delivery. Also they sent a postage paid label for the other to be returned.
