These helicopters are absolute and total junk. They look like the Syma mini helicopter in the photos. Do not be fooled. This helicopter is not the Syma mini helicopter. It has paper thin plastic wings that do not fold up like the Syma. I ordered two from this seller. One was completely unflyable and the other sustained wing damage on the first flight. I contacted the seller the same day that I received them to obtain an RMA and a refund. When I attempted to get the RMA, the seller had onerous terms. I had trouble contacting them through both email and phone. They will only refund 50% of the purchase price if you're lucky, and you have to pay return shipping. When I finally got through to the seller to ask for an RMA, they were very evasive about producing one. One week later, an RMA came through.
If you Google, you will find other reviews from this seller where it appears that they are trying to run out the 1 month clock to dispute the charge on your credit card. They gave me 3 days to ship. I wasn't sure if this was 3 business days or 3 calendar days. I was out of town and had my wife ship the order back to them immediately for credit. If you read their terms, you will discover that they will only give back 50% of the purchase price.
This morning, at the one month anniversary of my initial order, I checked my credit card statement for a refund from Hot Import Toys. Of course, there was none. Thankfully, Chase accepted my dispute and has credited my account for the full amount of the order. In my opinion, this seller is shady and should be removed from Amazon.
